By means of the license agreement on the assignment of the right of use of trademarks enterprise _ _ _ ______________________________ offers legal entities and individuals to use as Licensees trademarks GRABOVOI® and GRIGORI GRABOVOI®. The aim of use of the signs is the eternal development of each concrete man and humanity as a whole; therefore the technologies, which will be distributed under class 44, are ideologically oriented to realization of the eternal development.
With the assignment of the right of use of trademarks the Licensee is provided with training course on the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi that enables the Licensee to conduct his activity on the basis of technologies of the eternal development. Individual technologies for the Licensee can be created after signing of amendments to the license agreements.
The rights of the use of trademarks on the following goods and the services are granted:
Medical services; psycho-mental services to influence and create emotional balance; mental healing; healing counselling, medical and psycho-mental life counselling; consultancy with regard to holistic medical matters.
Medical services, if these services include the services of orthodox medicine, which uses anthropogenic systems, then it is necessary to create in-patient departments, clinics, hospitals, polyclinics, which function at the usual level, at the level known and accepted by the Ministry of Public Health in Japan that is usual in Japan, and in addition systems of control in line with the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi will be introduced.
Therapeutic consultations, medical and psychotherapeutic consultations in line with life situations; in this case this is creation of information center as it was mentioned in the class information related to the courses of correspondence education; it is described concretely there. This will more include consultations, which can be very short in line with the life situations.
Creation also, for example, of some cinemas, and people who come there might benefit even from the image in term of that that they will see how the seminars took place.
